Self-love Tips

Forgive yourself..

We all make mistakes or behave in ways we regret , we can practise self love by extending kindness and compassion to ourselves in these moments.When negative self talk creeps in we notice it , acknowledge it without giving in to self criticism 

Practice self care..

We spend our lives taking care of others and putting their needs first before our own . What if for once you learned to sometime for a one on one with yourself ?. Theres no better way to reconnect with yourself. 

Be Grateful

Start a gratitude journal , take time write down all the things your grateful for in life . Daily gratitude is the key to happiness and loving yourself. 

Spend time in nature

Fresh air is therapeutic, an outdoor adventure with people you love to spend time with and be around can put a smile on your face . You might plan a walk with friends or a loved one or even just a bike ride with your kids. 

Meditate

Take time out to calm your mind , everyday meditation is a way to be more intentional , be aware of your thoughts , feelings and desires , live a full life that accurately reflects this. 

Affirmation

Start with 3 to 5 minutes at least twice a day , try saying affirmations upon waking up and getting in to bed. 

For Example:

 I Am Enough

 I Am Worthy

I Am Powerful

 I Am Confident

Repeat each affirmation 10 times , make your routine consistent.
